Shipping Policy

We only charge shipping for the items ordered, not customs or tariffs. It is solely charged by the government of the recipient's country.

Dispatch and delivery are separate: delivery takes 3-5 working days after dispatch, not after ordering.

You receive a shipping confirmation email 24 hours before dispatch. Delivery charges are based on the product type and destination. These fees are notified before completing your order.

Any customs duties or taxes (outside Pakistan) must be paid by the customer.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes fall under the courts in Karachi.
